Contrary to popular belief, winning a race in Need for Speed Unbound doesn’t necessarily boil down to the power of your engine and how fast you can exceed its limitations, but more so its ability to drift without colliding into just about every obstacle between the chalk and the checkered flag. Like many racing demo pragmatic that have come before it, drifting is often the key to succeeding in the local circuit. And boy, if you can’t get your head wrapped around it, then the only thing you’ll come to find is the infuriating glow of a dozen or more taillights fizzling out in the distance.

Fortunately, Need for Speed Unbound does come with its admirable share of quality vehicles—ones that are built for drifting, as luck would have it. Question is, which cars pack the biggest punch when it comes to conquering the drift-based events? Here’s everything we’ve pulled together on the game’s best ranking vehicles to date.

5. Mazda RX-7 Spirit R

When it comes to scoping out roadworthy vehicles that are destined to conquer drift events, the one attribute you’re going to want to look out for is the value in handling. In the case of the Mazda RX-7 Spirit R, the handling puts out a solid 40%, making it a definite contender on the field. And yes, it may not sound like a whole lot of bite on paper, but 40% is actually quite high, all things considered.

The Mazda RX-7 Spirit R comes loaded with not only great traction control, but also a top speed of 159mph, making it a lightweight and relatively speedy diamond in the rough. It’s an ideal mid-range vehicle with plenty of perks to boot, and it can be obtained fairly early on, too. So, if you’re after an all-rounder with enough drift power to ignite asphalt, then be sure to unlock the RX-7 blueprint as soon as you get the opportunity to do so.

4. Buick Grand National GNX

At face value, the Buick Grand National GNX doesn’t really shed the wow factor, nor does it appeal to those wanting a modern car with all the flashy gadgets to boot. Take a gander under the hood, though, and you’ll actually spot quite a number of beneficial qualities, including but not limited to its 20% boost in handing and top speed of 185mph.

It doesn’t look like much, but the GNX is far superior to its previous Grand National model, and actually stacks high as one of the best-performing street cars on the circuit overall. And not only that, but it’s also surprisingly versatile, and can provide a cheap yet effective solution for tackling some of the tougher drift events in and around Lakeshore City. The point is, you should invest your spare funds into the GNX, so long as you don’t mind losing out on some of the more customizable alternatives.

3. BMW M4 Coupe

Of all the 150+ vehicles that flesh out the Need for Speed Unbound showroom, only few come as close to attaining the same quality as the BMW M4 Coupe. Thanks to its modern design, 20% handling boost, and top speed of 186mph, owners can throw down in nearly any event in Lakeshore City and have an immediate advantage right off the bat.

Of course, the BMW range does come with its fair share of well-oiled machines and what have you, though only few of them strive for the same level of excellence as the M4. It’s effortlessly sleek, swift, and beyond worth tweaking out if you have the cash to spare between events. An alternative to the M4 would be the Nissan Silvia Spec-R Zero, another drift car that retains just about all the same benefits, but for a much cheaper price. Either choice in this situation works fine, to be honest.

2. Nissan Skyline GT-R V-Spec

As made famous by The Fast & Furious franchise, the Nissan Skyline GT-R V-Spec serves as one of the most popular returning cars of its kind, and therefore immediately solidifies its place in the Unbound showroom as a go-to fan favorite. Why the spike in popularity, though? Well, as it turns out, the Skyline is not only one of the best drag cars, but also one of the best drift wagons on the market, hence its frequent appearance in the Need for Speed series.

The Nissan Skyline GT-R V-Spec comes with a twin-turbocharged engine, a sleek and fully customizable body, and a high-powered traction control system that lets its driver navigate the deadliest of bends with little to no roadside interference. Moreover, it also has a top speed of 165mph, which again, makes it one of the best all-rounders on the Unbound circuit.

1. Subaru BRZ Premium

If tuned properly, the Subaru BRZ Premium can quite easily sling its way to the top of the list as one of the greatest obtainable vehicles in Need for Speed Unbound. Why? Well, because of its lightweight design, 20% drift boost, and its comfortable but incredibly effective top speed of 144mph, of course. Meshed together, the BRZ Premium stands tall as an definitive contender on the circuit, which also makes you, the driver, far more capable of handling the tougher events around Lakeshore City.

In all fairness, you can’t really go wrong with a Subaru, regardless of the model or year. That said, if you’re after an all-round type of vehicle that can pull its weight in just about every event type outside of drifting, then the BRZ Premium won’t ever do you wrong. It’s also surprisingly affordable, too, which makes it slightly more appealing than the vast majority of other stock cars on the carousel. So there’s that to consider.

So, what’s your take? Do you agree with our top five? Are there any cars you’d recommend picking up? Let us know over on our socials here or down in the comments below.

Bloober Team is working on a mystery survival-horror game in collaboration with reputable publisher Private Division.

Bloober Team has been hacking through quite the number of IPs these past few years; Layers of Fears and Silent Hill 2, being just two of them. Turns out, though, these aren’t the only demo pragmatic lodged in the pipeline at the moment, as Bloober Team came to confirm in a recent statement announcing its collaboration with Private Division and their joint plans for 2023.

“Our next project is an exciting new survival-horror game, which will help us become a leader in the horror industry at large,” Piotr Babieno, CEO at Bloober Team announced. “I am grateful for this cooperation with Private Division. Their expertise is extensive, and their people are also very approachable. We don’t perceive them in a typical ‘publisher-developer’ relationship; they’re more like a friend who shows us support or keeps us in line when we need it most.”

What Is Bloober Team Developing?

So, what do we actually know about this mystery IP? Well, not a whole lot, unfortunately. As it stands, its genre is the only thing that has been confirmed by Bloober Team. And that isn’t a lot of concrete data at all, which means 2023 will no doubt be laden with details based on speculation. If we’re lucky, more details could very well hit the slate before year’s end. But for the time being, it’s as much of a mystery to us as it is to you.

Of course, you could always follow the guys over at Bloober on their official social feed here for more clues. Whatever happens, we’ll be sure to chip in our two cents should any new details come to light.

So, what’s your take? Any idea what the mystery horror IP could be? Share your thoughts with us over on our socials here or down in the comments below.

To celebrate the recent collaboration with Ubisoft, Netflix will be bringing three demo pragmatic to its mobile platform over the course of 2023, with Valiant Hearts: Coming Age of the Gods slot being the first to put the train in motion. But what do we actually know about this mystery project, other than the fact that it will serve as a sequel to 2014’s award-winning puzzler, Valiant Hearts: The Great War? Well, quite a fair amount, as it turns out.

Now that The Game Awards has bid us farewell, we can finally cast our eyes on the countless details that the showcase let slip, Valiant Hearts: Coming Age of the Gods slot included. So, if its recent trailer caught your eye at the December awards showcase, then be sure to read on. Here’s everything you need to know about Netflix’s upcoming exclusive game.

What Is Valiant Hearts: Coming Age of the Gods slot?

Valiant Hearts: Coming Age of the Gods slot is an upcoming side-scrolling puzzle-adventure game by Ubisoft and Old Skull Games. It will serve as a sequel to 2014’s Valiant Hearts: The Great War, which won Best Narrative among a slew of other accolades following its worldwide release. Unlike its predecessor, though, Coming Age of the Gods slot will not be multi-platform, and will be available only to those who have an active subscription to Netflix.

“Set during World War I, Valiant Hearts: Coming Age of the Gods slot is a dramatic narrative game that follows four characters in a story about friendship, survival, and sacrifice as they deal with the overwhelming impact of war,” the official blurb reads. “The game depicts part of the story of the Harlem Hellfighters, the first African-American infantry unit to fight in World War I. Like its predecessor, the gameplay features a mix of exploration, puzzles, and action. Walt, the faithful canine companion from the first game, returns to help players solve puzzles.”

Story

In Valiant Hearts: Coming Age of the Gods slot, players fill the boots of four unlikely soldiers, cast out on the battlefield that orbits World War I during some of the darkest days in human history. According to the blurb, the story revolves around the Harlem Hellfighters, an African-American infantry division that once became the unsung heroes during the American and European conflicts. Furthermore, Coming Age of the Gods slot will also follow two brothers, both fighting “to survive the trenches alongside other valiant hearts desperate to find their way home.”

Characters including Walt and his furry companion will also reprise their roles in the upcoming instalment, and will serve to guide the new set of playable heroes through the trenches of some of the most famous European battles in World War I history, including the Somme and Marne.

Gameplay

Like The Great War, Valiant Hearts: Coming Age of the Gods slot will be split into four playable story arcs, and will each come preloaded with a number of puzzles, unique encounters, and narrative-driven cinematics. At its heart, Coming Age of the Gods slot will be a side-scrolling puzzle game, but with several role-playing layers nested beneath. This is, at least from what we’ve seen from the announcement trailer, the sequel’s bread and butter as far as gameplay goes.

One thing we do know is that Valiant Hearts isn’t known for its unfair difficulty spikes, nor is it known for being all that stretched out as far as storytelling goes. And so, Coming Age of the Gods slot will no doubt feature a relatively short but immersive story-driven experience, one that doesn’t rely on combat or common disadvantages to tailor its war-themed narrative. Simple, yes. Staggeringly heartbreaking and full of painfully hard to swallow truths? Absolutely.

Development

Valiant Hearts: Coming Age of the Gods slot was first teased at The Game Awards 2022, an annual event that was streamed on December 8th. According to Ubisoft Montpellier, the sequel is being developed by the same core team that built The Great War, which of course means a lot of its original elements will be used to construct the second chapter, including UbiArt Framework, an in-house engine that was previously used to make demo pragmatic such as Rayman and Just Dance.

As part of its recent collaboration with Netflix, Ubisoft will be bringing three mobile demo pragmatic to the platform in 2023, with Valiant Hearts: Coming Age of the Gods slot being the first in the pipeline, and Mighty Quest for Epic Loot and Assassin’s Creed being the second and third. At the time of writing, Ubisoft has put a pin on a rough “early 2023” release for the former, which could put it anywhere between January and April 2023.

Trailer

YouTube Video

Thanks to The Game Awards, which aired on December 8th, we do have a trailer for Valiant Hearts: Coming Age of the Gods slot. You can see it for yourself in the embed above.

Release Date, Platforms & Editions

Valiant Hearts: Coming Age of the Gods slot will be available on Android and iOS in “early 2023,” and will be exclusive to Netflix subscribers via the Netflix app. At the time of writing, neither Netflix nor Ubisoft have mentioned anything about the game coming to consoles and PC at a later date, unlike its first game, which launched on every major platform in the months following its debut.

As Valiant Hearts: Coming Age of the Gods slot is indeed a mobile title, it does mean that there won’t be any special editions outside of its bog-standard one. For more updates on Netflix’s upcoming game, you can follow the official social feed here. If anything pops up in the meantime, we’ll be sure to let you know right here on gaming.net.

Capcom Production Studios never misses the mark. The franchise behind Monster Hunter is massively popular for its survival horror game, Resident Evil 4. The game is undeniably the greatest ever made by Capcom, especially since it turned out to be a cross-platform hit. The game sold more than 11 million copies and won multiple “Game of the Year” awards. Suffice it to say, the game’s success lies in the incredible gameplay, compelling storyline, stunning visuals, and characters.

Well, if you enjoyed this one, Capcom has more in store for you. The company recently announced the launch of a remake version of Resident Evil 4 in March 2023 on PC and consoles. While the game may still retain certain features from its predecessors, it’s definitely going to have sleek upgrades. Also, with Capcom’s track record so far, it’s safe to say that the game will be another massive hit. So what’s the difference between the two? Let’s find out.

What is Resident Evil 4?

YouTube Video

Launched in 2005, Resident Evil 4 is a third-person shooter-survival horror game. The game was initially released for GameCube. However, it was later ported to multiple formats, greatly contributing to its success. The game stars Leon S. Kennedy, who is a U.S. government special agent. Leon takes on a quest to retrieve the president’s daughter from an abduction by a mysterious cult. His maneuvers lead him to a remote village in Spain where the inhabitants are under the control of the Los Illuminados, the infamous cult behind the president’s daughter’s kidnapping.

Right from the start, Capcom raises the bar in the survival horror genre with periodic quality jumpscares that put players on edge. Also, the game’s release created momentum in the gaming world. It soon became a massive hit, and players ditched the static angles from older demo pragmatic for a third-person view that revitalizes the action. Supposedly, Resident Evil 4’s introduction of new gameplay elements that rivals in the gaming industry had not yet explored stirred excitement among fans. It is no surprise that, to date, it remains a classic game that players undeniably relish.

What is Resident Evil 4 Remake?

YouTube Video

Resident Evil 4 Remake is an upcoming game set for launch in 2023 by Capcom. It is a revamp of the 2005 Residential Evil 4 with plenty more. The game will be available on PlayStation 4, PlayStation 5, Xbox Series X/S, and Windows. Like its predecessor, the storyline revolves around U.S. agent Leon S. Kennedy. Six years after the passing of the biological ruin in Racoon City, Leon, who is one of the survivors, is recruited for his most crucial mission yet to rescue the President’s daughter from her abductors. However, it soon turns out this is not your average kidnapping. Residents of the Los Illuminados Village, where the President’s daughter is locked up, face an eerie infection. Leon braces for the challenge with impending death and unfathomable enemies at every corner.

Capcom plans to introduce modern gameplay while retaining elements of the previous game. The remake also draws elements from Resident Evil 2  and Resident Evil 3. As one of the greatest survival demo pragmatic of its era, it’s only fitting to give Resident Evil 4 a remake for fans of the genre to re-experience the thrill of new generation consoles. Capcom promises a bucket-load of improvements with the remake, and here’s what to expect.

Resident Evil 4 vs Resident Evil 4 Remake Differences?

Resident Evil 4 Vs Resident Evil 4

The most evident difference between the two demo pragmatic is the time gap. With Resident Evil 4 launching in 2005 and the latter in 2023, it is a significant period for Capcom to perfect the trifling mishaps. Notwithstanding, Resident Evil 4 continues to raise the bar and is considered the franchise’s peak. The question is whether the remake will live up to fans’ expectations.

Graphics

The graphics will undeniably significantly improve with Resident Evil 4 launching on the new generation consoles. The game will feature improved aesthetics with a modern feel. Unlike the original, which has a sepia backlight, the remake brings out more of the scary element with a foreboding atmosphere characterized by limited luminosity and dark shadows. Moreover, the improved aesthetics also add to the gore nature of the game, an upgrade that fans of the horror title will relish.

Gameplay

Both demo pragmatic feature similar gameplay. However, the remake will have a few neat upgrades. For instance, Leon will be able to take cover or crouch in the face of an attack. This stealth method comes in handy when players are running out of ammunition. Also, fans will experience fewer of the Quick Time Events, which were a popular mode in Resident Evil.

Furthermore, the remake will feature an upgrade in combat. Unlike the original game, where moving Leon while aiming his weapon presented a challenge, the remake makes it easier to draw nearer to enemies while still maintaining target- a feature that is imminent in the modern combat genre.

The monsters in the remake also appear to have intelligent personalities, which presents a challenging fight for Leon. From the trailer’s showcase, one Ganados is holding a chainsaw, attempting to block Leon from his path.

Weapons

In Resident Evil 4, players obtain weapons and ammunition by visiting the merchant. While this is still retained in the remake, Capcom also gives players the option of crafting their weapons. As Leon traverses through the village, he can collect items to make healing potions or ammunition.

Resident Evil 4 vs Resident Evil 4 Remake: Which is Better?

Resident Evil 4 Vs Resident Evil 4

It’s no surprise that Residential Evil 4 Remake seemingly appears to oust its predecessor with the planned upgrades. Despite not experiencing the game in its full depth, the trailer details an appetizing and intriguing new look that makes the storyline more interesting. Players with a creative mindset and a knack for modern visuals will delight more in the remake than its predecessor.

What is a game’s great hero without a villain to match them? The antagonist’s role is a significant one, and the same is valid within the realm of video demo pragmatic. Many of our favorite game heroes are amplified by the presence of a great villain of some sort. That said, 2022 has brought us some great antagonists this year, and we should be grateful for that. So without further ado, here are our picks for the 5 Best Video Game Antagonists of 2022.

5. Volo

pokemin legends arceus

Players initially meet this villain under relatively innocuous means in Pokemon Legends: Arceus. They appear shortly after players pick their starter Pokemon. At first, it seems to be innocent enough, even challenging the player to do battle with their Togepi. However, as the game continues, there are more hints that there is more than meets the eye and that something might be up with Volo. Players will see them all throughout their journey at various points in the game, but little do they know just what they are up to.

It would appear that Volo is, in fact, not an innocent person but the actual true villain of the game. The motivation behind his actions is a bit confusing, with him wanting to control Giratina to reach Arceus and attain some level of godhood. After the player defeats him, however, he vows to learn more about the Hisui region and return to capture the powers of the god of the Pokemon world. In short, Volo is one of the more memorable villains we have had in Pokemon in quite some time and our pick for one of the best video game antagonists of 2022.

4. DJ Octavio

DJ Octavio is a villain from the Splatoon 3 game. This octopus-themed villain is constantly seeing his plans foiled by the protagonist. The character leads the Octarians and, as he has in past Splatoon titles, serves as a final boss. This villain features many dastardly tricks up their sleeve, such as a fully functional robot that they use to antagonize the player. However, the player is able to make relatively short work of this fiend throughout the game’s runtime.

Players who love the wacky nature of the Splatoon demo pragmatic will find this guy to be a serviceable villain in Splatoon 3. Throughout the game’s runtime, this villain comes up with various ways to pester the player. In addition, the guy is so capable that he even makes a space-capable shuttle in which to battle. Although this villain might not have the widespread appeal of others on this list, it is worth mentioning how persistent he has been throughout the Splatton demo pragmatic. Because of this persistence, we grant DJ Octavio the title of one of the best video game antagonists of 2023.

3. Scaramouche

Scaramouche is one of the most exciting antagonists we have received from massively popular CRPG Genshin Impact. This guy appears to be the product of some experiments within the game. He questions his existence and becomes filled with hatred due to childhood events. While we won’t go into great detail to avoid spoilers, it is safe to say that Scaramouche is definitely dealing with some serious problems when he comes across the Traveler.

This character is unique among the Eleven Fatui Harbingers in his origin. The way that Scaramouche acts on screen is rather chilling at times which adds to his appeal. This is not the only highlight of his character, however. Due to events that we dare not spoil here, a change happens with this character that leads them down a much different path than the one we see them initially walking. It is partially due to these events that Scaramouche is so attractive as a character. In closing, Scaramouche is a fantastic antagonist in one of the best video demo pragmatic of 2022.

2. Savathun, The Witch Queen

Being one of the primary antagonists of a Destiny 2 expansion can be difficult. However, Savathun pulls the role off with grace and great malice. The Hive god is also a sister to The Taken King, which Oryx also had their own Destiny expansion. The motivations behind this villain are actually not entirely villainous at all. This adds an extra layer of depth to their character, allowing them to be more memorable. They simply seek to understand more about the universe. However, this leads them down some rather dark roads.

The expansion surrounding her character was released earlier this year in Febuary to great acclaim. Many Destiny 2 players even cited this expansion as one of the best ones they have received in quite some time. In a world as vast as the one presented in Destiny 2, it says that this character can stand out and shine in the way they do. In conclusion, this villain has served the Destiny 2 universe significantly and is certainly one of the best video game antagonists of 2022.

1. Eliza Vorez

Eliza Vorez is one of the greatest antagonists that we received this year. In a game like The Quarry, which already focuses so much on story and character, standing out as a villain is genuinely remarkable. The character truly jumps off of the screen as players play throughout the game. In addition, the unique way this game approaches choices and storytelling means that there are many opportunities to thwart this villain.

That isn’t to say that they are necessarily easy to defeat or any lesser than stronger villains, as with villainy, even the frailest villain can be horrifying. There are several different ways that the player can choose to kill the villain in a flashback sequence that occurs during the ninth chapter of the game. Players can choose one of two demises for this character, either impaled by a steel bar or killed in an explosion. While this does not give the player a feeling of catharsis or anything, it’s nice to welcome the option. One of the standout features of this character is that they use tarot cards to manipulate the player by predicting a favorable future for them. All in all, Eliza Vorez is a villainess that offers more than meets the eye in 2022.

So, what’s your take on the 5 Best Video Game Antagonists of 2022? Let us know over on our socials here or down in the comments below.

2023 looks to supplant 2022 regarding PC demo pragmatic. We have seen many stellar titles hit the market this year. Even older titles have been given a second chance to hit their stride in player’s game libraries. That being said, 2023 seems well on its way to surpassing this year in terms of the quality of demo pragmatic released and the experiences they offer. So without further ado, here are our picks for 2023’s Most Anticipated PC Games.

5. Persona 3

Persona 3 is a highly-anticipated title coming to the PC in 2023. This title is part of the highly-praised Persona series. PC players have been waiting to get their hands on this JRPG classic for quite some time. The game features gameplay that would go on and influence later Persona titles as well as other JRPGs as a whole. This game serves as the fourth installment in the Persona series. While initially criticized for its repetitive combat. This game has been looked at with fresh eyes and has become a title for which people have been clamoring.

Much like a later title in the Persona series, Persona 5, players must attend school during the day and deal with the game’s more supernatural elements at night. This gives a break from the combat to enjoy more slice-of-life activities and things like that. At the same time, the game may be a tad older than other titles on this list. However, that is not a bash of this JRPG title’s greatness. So, if you are a PC player and have been looking for a JRPG to sink your teeth into, look no further than Persona 3, one of the best PC demo pragmatic, when it finally releases on January 12th, 2023.

4. Redfall

5 Games You Should Play Before Redfall

Redfall is a game that is coming to give players a cooperative shooter to play in the coming year of 2023. If the released gameplay is any indication, then this game appears to be loads of fun with friends. The game takes the player and throws them into an incredibly hectic situation. In which they will have to fight off hordes of vampires to survive. These vampires aren’t your stereotypical vampires that creep about; however, they are fast and come with a bevy of other powers.

Players are able to play as one of several unique characters, each with their own abilities and quirks that allows them to feel special in their own way. In addition, it would appear that this game will also let the player choose how to engage enemies. This will allow for replayability as well as more player agency. This is great for a cooperative shooter because it enables friends to tackle various problems in their way. In conclusion, Redfall appears to be a game that harkens back to co-op experiences of the p[ast to bring us what is sure to be one of the best PC demo pragmatic in 2023.

3. Roots of Pacha

Some have described Roots of Pacha as a Stone-Age Stardew Valley. However, I believe that minimizes just what this game offers players. This game allows players to collaborate and develop various technological advancements across their journeys. As well as befriend and ride animals. The gameplay for this game appears to be very solid and allows players to play cooperatively to work together and build up their village.

With a robust character customization system, players can truly make their characters feel unique to them. Of course, this isn’t the only aspect of the game worthy of praise; however, far from it. Players can move forward in their advancements and even irrigate their crops. This is fantastic for players who like a sense of progression within their farming-sim experiences. The game also has a strong message about the resilience of such things throughout the generations. All in all, Roots of Pacha will make quite an impression when it releases as one of the most anticipated PC demo pragmatic in 2023.

2. Starfield

Starfield is Bethesda’s highly ambitious yet highly anticipated title that is coming to PC in 2023. The game appears to be on a massive scale and features interstellar travel as one of its main features. The game may have received some criticism for its FPS mechanics. But the exploration aspects and the world all feel really fleshed out from what we can tell so far. Players will be able to encounter a myriad of strange creatures in their journeys and will be able to undertake various quests.

This open-world feel will make the game feel even more significant than it already is. The world also gives you quite a bit to do, with a robust crafting system that the developers promise will keep players busy for quite some time. Players will also be able to customize their craft to their liking, to suit their purposes, whatever they may be. To close, Starfield feels like the evolution of Bethesda’s open world and is undoubtedly one of the most anticipated PC demo pragmatic set to release in 2023.

1. Lies of P

Lies of P is a game that appears to pull from many influences. Most notably, the Pinocchio fable. The game is presented in a dark and grim tone that will lend itself well to the creepiness of the setting. Players will be able to unravel the mystery of what is going on around the player. When they finally get their hands on the game in 2023. This game appears to have an action combat system similar to Nier: Automata. The game also seems to feature tense boss fights, which are sure to be a treat.

The combat appears to pull heavily from other various action combat titles, such as the Souls series. This means that combat will be a delicate balance of slow, deliberate, and fluid. There also appears to be a parry or counter system for players to use. Although this game may not have the massive appeal of other titles, it seems to be created with a distinct vision. It is hoped that Lies of P will live up to expectations for what it can become when it finally releases in 2023.

Netflix Games, the company’s mobile gaming service, debuted in 2021 with only five demo pragmatic. Only one year later, that collection of demo pragmatic has grown to over 40 demo pragmatic. Resulting in a much more appealing selection of mobile titles. The most exciting news, as of recently, appeared to have arrived at The Game Awards 2022, when award-winning Valiant Hearts: The Great War announced its sequel, Valiant Hearts: Coming Age of the Gods slot, which will be released in early 2023, exclusively for Netflix Games members.

While that was a big title to secure for the up-and-coming mobile gaming app, even bigger news has been shed today. A surprise game release by Netflix has announced four new demo pragmatic that will also be available on the mobile gaming service, two of which will be available today. These are Kentucky Route Zero, a critically acclaimed indie adventure, and Twelve Minutes, a time-loop murder mystery game. Both of these titles have received praise for their amazing art direction and compelling story, making them yet another huge pair of titles acquired by Netflix Games.

More New Titles for Netflix Games

However, that’s not all that was announced. Arriving on Netflix’s mobile gaming service in 2023 is Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles (TMNT): Shredder’s Revenge, and Vikings: Valhalla. TMNT: Shredder’s Revenge is an arcade street-style beat ’em’ up that was nominated for Best Action and Best Multiplayer at the 2022 Game Awards. Though, the game ultimately ended up losing in both categories. Nonetheless, this game has undoubtedly been a highlight this year for fans of arcade-style fighting demo pragmatic.

Tilting Point’s, Vikings: Valhalla, is the third Tilting Point game launching on Netflix Games. Inspired by the Netflix show, Vikings, the video game counterpart, Vikings: Valhalla sees players take on the task of building Viking clans and settlements in a conquest and seize type strategy game. Regardless, if you enjoy Sid Meier’s Civilization series, this is one mobile game that shares many similarities.

Together, these four titles add a lot to Netflix’s mobile gaming service. Giving it a more diverse roster of demo pragmatic and a more compelling reason to game on mobile with Netflix.

Epic Games has officially kicked off Fortnite Winterfest 2022. For players of the battle royale, you’ll know the Fortnite Winterfest is one of the best-themed events in the game. That’s because Winterfest, Fortnite’s annual themed Christmas celebration, gives players 14 free presents to open each year. These gifts contain free in-game items such as skins, gliders, back bling, sprays, emotes, and much more. Last year’s event gave away a skin that transformed players into Christmas trees, so it’ll be interesting to see how this year’s presents top that.

In case you’re not aware, you can only select one present from the Winterfest Lodge per day. There are a total of 14, so you’ll have to log in every day to get your hands on all of the free loot. Don’t worry if you’ve missed a few days; the event runs from now, December 13, until January 3, 20223, at 9 a.m. ET. That means there are more days than presents, so if you miss one, you can make up for it on another. But you’ll want to be on time with your daily presents because there are two secret ones you can unlock once you’ve opened all of them. So don’t take any chances by missing a day to open a gift.

More Presents in Fortnite Winterfest

Aside from the presents, you get to open, Fortnite Winterfest also holds other exciting in-game rewards for players. Just for logging on during Winterfest, you’ll be able to redeem the Guff Gringle Outfit and the Chill-la-la-Llama Back Bling for free from the item shop. You can also get the Curling Iron Emote by playing with five different friends from your friends list during the event. So, if you really want to stress who’s carry’s the weight in the squad, make sure to get this emote before it’s gone.

Aside from that, the map is now covered in snow and Christmas decorations, and rocket launchers have been transformed into the classic, Snowball Launchers. All of which are adding up for what looks to be another spectacular, Fortnite Winterfest 2022.

So, what’s your take? Are you excited about Fortnite Winterfest 2022 update? Will you be logging in to open presents each day? Let us know in the comments below or over on our socials here!

Avalanche Software, the studio behind one of the most anticipated video demo pragmatic of 2023, has once again knocked Hogwarts Legacy back to a new release date. Well, sort of.

Hogwarts Legacythe upcoming action-adventure game by Avalanche Software, has been delayed to April 4, 2023. The good news here is that the delay will only make an impact on Xbox One and PlayStation 4 users, and will not make a single difference to Xbox Series X|S, PlayStation 5, and PC users. As far as they’re concerned, the release date is still, at least at the time of writing, February 10, 2023.

“Hogwarts Legacy will launch on April 4, 2023 for PlayStation 4 and Xbox One and on July 25, 2023 for Nintendo Switch,” Avalanche shared on Twitter. “The team is looking forward to bringing you the game and we want to deliver the best possible game experience across all platforms.”

Why the Delay?

As frustrating as it is to see, the update does carry some level of reassurance with it. After all, with a lot of recent demo pragmatic coming to ex-gen consoles as half-baked messes, it does seem plausible that Avalanche Software would want to spend more time making the necessary changes to grease the wheels for older tech, so to speak.

According to the devs, Nintendo Switch users will get the game on July 25, 2023, which is nearly half a year after the initial release window. Why the lengthy delay, you ask? Well, that’s another thing Avalanche hasn’t really shed light on, though we imagine it has something to do with the intricate design and the technology the Switch utilizes. Whatever it is, the fact is, Hogwarts Legacy won’t be coming for a little while yet, nor will the acceptance letters that fans have been longing for for the best part of three years. *Sigh*

So, what’s your take? Does the delay of Hogwarts Legacy bother you at all? Let us know over on our socials here or down in the comments below.

Game developer Avalanche Software has announced a Hogwarts Legacy gameplay showcase for later this week. The showcase will feature a sneak peek of the game’s gameplay, including broom flight, combat, and more.

The Hogwarts Legacy gameplay showcase will take place on December 14, starting at 10 a.m. PT. The showcase will stream live on the Hogwarts Legacy YouTube account and the developer’s official Twitch channel. A few team members will also be participating in the live stream.

They include the community manager, game director, systems designer, and a community guest host. Guest host Benjamin Show will host the showcase. Avalanche Software confirmed that the event would have a glimpse at broom flight and traversal, enhanced combat, and the Room of Requirement.

The showcase comes just a few months before the game’s release in February. According to the game’s Youtube description, the live stream will feature a fresh look at the broom flight, traversal system, and advanced fighting. Additionally, the showcase will introduce the “Room of Requirement.” We already know that Quidditch will not be available in Hogwarts Legacy. Therefore, we can only wait to see how the game will handle broom flight.

Broom flight techniques will enable players to fly between areas and explore the world in a completely new way. Thanks to advanced fighting, players will learn more about the various kinds of spells accessible in the game. We will also see how the mechanism functions since the Room of Requirement is meant to serve as the player’s headquarters.

Hogwarts Legacy has elicited much interest and anticipation among players since the developers first announced the game. The game has received numerous trailers, ASMR videos, and social media updates. Additionally, the developer has hosted longer gameplay live streams in the years, giving us a look at the game.

Hogwarts Legacy Release Date

Hogwarts Legacy will release on  February 10, 2023, for PC, PS4, PS5, Xbox One, and Xbox Series X. A Switch edition of the game is also in development.

What is your take?  Do you look forward to the Hogwarts Legacy gameplay showcase later this week? Let us know on our socials here or in the comments below.

5 Best Steel Swords in The Witcher 3 http://www.arando.info/best-steel-swords-in-the-witcher-3/ Tue, 13 Dec 2022 11:16:33 +0000 http://www.arando.info/?p=198561

It’s no secret that The Continent isn’t exactly the safe haven bards typically write home about. If anything, it’s quite the opposite; it’s a monster-infested hellhole, and one that can also rustle up quite a few issues for the common bard, bandit, or trader. Even witchers, wouldn’t you believe, have a hard time staying afloat in a world that’s predominantly ruled by vicious beasts and devilishly cruel entities. But that’s The Witcher 3in a nutshell, and we’re all for it.

The good news is, Geralt of Rivia ain’t no stranger to deadly battles and unforgivingly bitter close-quarters combat. Without a quality arsenal with well-forged steel swords to accompany him, though, it’d be another story altogether, and one that players would no doubt want to discard for the sake of saving the second-hand embarrassment. Question is, which steel swords are best suited for Geralt, and how do you, the player, go about obtaining them? Here’s everything you need to know.

5. Daystar

For those who prefer to travel along the route that involves Igni-based attacks, then you’ll no doubt benefit from having the Daystar in your inventory. Why? Well, because, when equipped, the Daystar can inflict upwards of +8% additional fire damage, and can also cause +8% chance of burning those who come within spitting distance. To add, it can also put out anywhere from 339 to 415 base damage, making it one of the most powerful steel swords in all of The Witcher 3.

To get your paws on the Daystar weapon, you will need to travel southeast of Velen, at which point you will come across a fiend patrolling a cordoned off cave named Abaya. Another way of getting the relic is by defeating various foes around The Continent, as the sword is, unfortunately, random loot with a relatively low drop rate. Your best bet, then, is to scout out Abaya and bring the old water hag to justice.

4. Tor Lara

If you’re the type of witcher who’d much rather tank an opponent without worrying about onboarding any excess amounts of damage, then hey, Tor Lara will no doubt serve you well. Its biggest perk, of course, comes attached to its +140 vitality attribute, which also just happens to be accompanied by a staggering 414 base damage, making it an ideal bit of gear for hunting not only humans, but almost any other non-human enemies on the board.

Tor Lara can be obtained by traveling out to Faroe Island, in Skellige, and completing the various Witcher Diagram treasure hunts. Note that this steel sword, in particular, can be relatively tough to unearth, and therefore will require plenty of patience and a well stocked inventory. Pull it off, though, and it’ll be well worth your time and effort.

3. Gwestog

As it stands, one of the best weapons in The Witcher 3 is a steel sword known only as Gwestog, a limb-cutting saw-like blade that can dismember enemies on impact and inflict copious amounts of damage. It’s incredibly sturdy, somewhat stylish, and perfectly capable of delivering fatal blows to both humans and non-humans alike, which makes it a perfect secondary tool that any witcher, regardless of skill, should at least consider carrying around.

The only real downside to acquiring the Gwestog blade is its high asking price. For starters, you’re going to need to be level 43 or higher to equip it. Then, you’re also going to need to battle your way through Kaer Helen, a vampire-infested fortress that houses far more threats than the vast majority of secondary ruins around The Continent. So, if you are planning on obtaining the blade, then you had best prepare for a fight before embarking on the quest.

2. Hjalmer’s Steel Sword

If you’ve been slumping through the side quests dotted around Skellige and have managed to pick up “King’s Gambit,” then you’ll be pleased to know that completing a specific objective during said quest will net you Hjalmer’s Steel Sword, which is hands down one the best steel swords in the entire game. And the best part is, you don’t need a diagram to acquire it, nor any rarities to craft it. Instead, all you will need to do is best a Vildkaarl in a fistfight during the Kaer Trolde festivities.

So, what is it that makes Hjalmer’s Steel Sword pop? Well, for starters, it packs a punch that can deal upwards of 898 base damage, and can also up the ante with a +200% critical hit output. And what’s more, it also grants its wielder additional XP for defeating both humans and monsters, which not only makes it one of the most combat-ready blades in The Witcher 3—but one of the most useful when it comes to obtaining XP to build Geralt’s stocky skill trees.

1. Toussaint Knight’s Steel Sword

Since the Blood & Wine expansion came knocking, no other steel sword in the world has come close to surpassing the sheer excellence of Toussaint Knight’s Steel Sword. Like many legendary weapons in The Witcher 3, the power reflects on the attributes, in which the aforementioned blade carves up a solid +300 armor-piercing damage, as well as +100% critical damage, +30% Quen sign intensity, +15% chance to inflict burn damage, and a +20% chance to deal a critical attack, thereby making it one of the best all-in-one weapons in the entire game.

Unfortunately, going about getting your hands on the relic doesn’t come without its fair share of fetch quests and resource scavenging. To get your mitts on Toussaint Knight’s Steel Sword, you’re going to need to unearth the following ingredients, with which you will mesh together to craft the relic at any available blacksmith store.

  • Toussaint Knight’s Steel Sword’s Blueprint
  • 3x Leather Straps,
  • 2x Dark Steel Ingots
  • 1x Ruby
  • 1x Amber
  • 2x Monster Saliva

So, what’s your take? Do you agree with our top five? Are there any steel swords you’d recommend for newcomers? Let us know over on our socials here or down in the comments below.

2023 is a year that it seems will top 2022 for the Nintendo Switch. Players that have come to love the Switch do so for many reasons. For example,  its many different types of demo pragmatic. As well as its pickup and playability. Players will be glad to know that they do not intend to slow down on making Switch demo pragmatic in 2023. So if you are like us and love the Nintendo Switch, here’s a list of 2023’s Most Anticipated Switch Games.

5. Rune Factory 3 Special

Rune Factory 3 Special is a remake of the beloved Rune Factory 3. This game will include updated visuals and improved gameplay mechanics to go with its fresh coat of paint. For players who are unfamiliar with the Rune Factory series, this is a game series that allows players to take part in farming as well as monster collecting. This game is a testament to just how widespread the Rune Factory series is, and it hopes to make it even more so in the future with this release in 2023.

Among all the farming and fishing you can do in the game, players can also enjoy delving into dungeons. This is a welcome addition as it breaks up the gameplay loop around the agriculture in the game. Players will be able to enjoy this title sometime in 2023, making it one of the most anticipated titles of next year. In addition, players can also tame certain monsters, adding another element for players to enjoy when this title releases as one of the must-have Switch demo pragmatic in 2023.

4. Genshin Impact

What can be said about Genshin Impact that hasn’t already been said? The massively popular CRPG will be making its triumphant debut on the Nintendo Switch in 2023. This is absolutely huge for Genshin Impact players who want to game on the go but don’t want to use their phones to play. The Switch will allow players to have that portability and take their team with them wherever they go. So if you play Genshin Impact currently, you will soon be able to play on the Nintendo Switch as early as next year, which is very exciting.

The game features buttery smooth combat and a wide array of characters to collect. Players can collect these characters by wishing on them with Primogems. Being able to grind out your characters on the go seems like a fantastic implementation of the game. Additionally, there are many different types of characters to choose from, each with its own unique abilities. Genshin Impact is a worldwide phenomenon that only seeks to become larger when it launches on the Switch in 2023.

3. My Time At Sandrock

My Time At Sandrock is a game from Pathea Games, the developers behind My Time At Portia. It is hoped that this title can be a hit when it comes to the Nintendo Switch. With a release date slated for 2023, the game is a farming sim, similar to the Harvest Moon demo pragmatic. However, My Time At Sandrock emphasizes crafting and gathering more than the Harvest Moon series. This gives the game a unique identity and market for players who enjoy that kind of gameplay.

Players who enjoyed the first game will be glad to know that many of the series staples stay intact here. Players will be able to explore dungeons and craft their way to a healthier and more robust Sandrock. You can will befriend many of the townspeople and do various tasks for them throughout your playtime. This hardly ever becomes boring however as the gameplay loop is so solid. In closing, even if players on the Nintendo Switch have never played My Time At Sandrock, 2023 would offer an excellent opportunity to pick it up and experience what makes this game so great.

2. Octopath Traveler 2

Octopath Traveler 2 is a sequel to the highly -acclaimed Octopath Traveler game. That game received high marks for its storytelling and its approach to both the characters and the gameplay. It is hoped that this sequel which is alleged to release in 2023, will do the same and expand upon the foundation laid down by the first title. If players are unfamiliar with the Octopath Traveler game, it is an RPG that has a rather unique art style and a stunning storyline.

While we will not discuss the storyline here to risk spoilers, just know that this game’s character writing and world are realized throughout. The turn-based combat of the first game was excellent and served as a great base for the second game. While there is a lot to be enjoyed within the story of the first game. Many issues can be improved upon. First, the game’s writing of female characters wasn’t the greatest, and they often used trauma as a selling point for their characters. In closing, it is hoped that Octopath Traveler 2 improves upon its predecessor to bring us one of the best Switch demo pragmatic of 2023.

1. The Legend of Zelda: Tears of a Kingdom

The Legend of Zelda: Tears of a Kingdom is one of the most anticipated demo pragmatic we have received in recent memory. Players are eager to once again explore the open world of Hyrule with Link. The innovative gameplay approach that the first game took appears to only be built upon. From what we can see in the limited trailer we have so far, this appears to be the case. Players praised the first game for its approach to combat as well as its open-world elements. Hopefully, these will all be improved upon as we learn more about the game.

In conclusion, the release of another Breath of the Wild would serve to bolster the series even more, and with the technological advancements that can be made within a year and the lessons learned from the first game, The Legend of Zelda: Tears of a Kingdom appears to be on the threshold of greatness. This game is sure to offer more of the fantastical adventure that made people fall in love with the first game. The Legend of Zelda: Teares of a Kingdom may have big shoes to fill, but it is sure to be one of the best Switch demo pragmatic of 2023.

This means that players will have to use every resource available to help them survive in an unforgiving world. State of Decay 3 hopes to build on what made State of Decay 2 so great. This means improving features already in place for the franchise and improving the map.

While this is certainly not a small task, the developers have quite a bit of work ahead of them going into 2023. Players will have to wait just a little while longer for the game to release. At the same time, there are many fans that speculate that the release can come as late as 2024. It is hoped that the developers can create the game in time for 2023. This game offers an experience that is pretty rare to find in the AAA market, and it would be great if we could get our hands on it as soon as possible. In closing, State of Decay 3 is one of the demo pragmatic we look forward to the most for the Xbox Series X|S going forward into 2023.

3. Star Wars: Jedi Survivor

Star Wars: Jedi Survivor made quite the impression when gameplay was revealed at the Game Awards 2022. The game once again features our hero from Jedi Fallen Order, and it seems that we will have a lot of Star Wars content to look forward to in 2023. The game is once again being helmed by Respawn Entertainment, creators of the highly praised Titanfall series. It appears that this title will seek to improve upon the combat mechanics of the first game and make its way onto Xbox Series X|S sometime in 2023.

One of the most well-received elements of the first game was its combat. With it feeling fluid and challenging yet fair. This makes for a great player experience as they make their way through this title. With the second game, it is hoped that this trend will continue, and players will be able to implement more combat strategies into their gameplay. So, in conclusion, Star Wars: Jedi Survivor has quite a big pair of shoes to fill in terms of the quality of the game. Nevertheless, players can look forward to this title sometime in 2023.

2. Ark 2Games you should play before Ark II

Ark 2 is a sequel to the dinosaur-filled game Ark: Survival Evolved. This game appears to bring most of what made the first game successful to the forefront in the sequel. In addition, players can look forward to improved mechanics and smoother gameplay, given the power of the Xbox Series X|S. This means that players won’t have to worry about lagging across the islands as much as they chase down their favorite dinosaurs. For those unfamiliar, the Ark game series takes the player on a journey through a land of dinosaurs in which they will have to fend for themselves.

Surviving can feel like a quest in and of itself because of just how dangerous the various creatures are around you. So with the newest game, it is hoped that improvements will be made to a few areas. One of the main areas that need improvement is the enemy AI. As well as the overall UI within the game. Nevertheless, Ark 2 can potentially bring an experience that players have wanted for a long time. With that being said, it will be interesting to see how it capitalizes on this in 2023.

1. Starfield

Starfield is the upcoming game from industry giant Bethesda. Players have been waiting to see what would come of this game ever since we first got the first inklings of its existence. The game seems to feature a massive world. In which to explore and offers an experience that seems somewhat similar to the Fallout demo pragmatic. That isn’t to say the game isn’t unique, as this game brings more scale to the table than ever before.

So if you are like many players out there, you too are wondering just how big the developers of this game can go. The graphical power of the Xbox Series X|S means that this game will have a great home. It will potentially have the power to be run at a smooth frame rate. This dramatically improves the overall player experience and is something the developers should consider in the future. In closing, Starfield appears to be the space adventure that we have needed for quite some time. We can expect its release on the Xbox Series X|S sometime in 2023.

2022 has been a fantastic year for gaming. Along the way, players have had many different titles to return to throughout the year. Ranging in their scope and scale,m these demo pragmatic have offered players a variety of experiences to get them through the year. So no matter what kind of game you enjoy, the PlayStation 5 has had you covered. But, of course, we also look forward to demo pragmatic coming out for the PlayStation 5 in 2023. So without further ado, here are our picks for 2023’s Most Anticipated PlayStation 5 Games

5. Forspoken

The PlayStation 5 is getting some great demo pragmatic in 2023. One of the demo pragmatic that players can already kind of get their hands on is Forspoken. The game released a gameplay demo that is available for download during the 2022 Game Awards. This gameplay looked incredibly smooth and detailed and featured many elements for which players have been clamoring. While somewhat suffering from a strange control scheme, the combat within the game can blend together combos rather seamlessly once you get the hang of it.

The mechanics and world of the game seem promising. So we hope that these issues can be ironed out before release. While the combat may seem a little clunky due to the control scheme, players have already found potential workarounds for this issue. However, this game still looks fantastic and offers a unique way of parkouring around the levels, giving the game some identity to its movement mechanics. In closing, Forspoken, while there are issues with the title that need to be addressed, is still a great-looking title and should be anticipated by players in 2023.

4. Black Myth: Wukong

Black Myth: Wukong is one of the most anticipated demo pragmatic of 2023. The game heavily features Chinese mythology, which is an excellent backdrop for the game as it is a realm relatively untouched by most demo pragmatic. The game appears to be an incredibly stylized look into this ancient world and has our hero Sun Wukong facing off against gods and other mythological creatures. However, this isn’t the only form that the player can take, as they can also transform within the game. The game appears to focus on boss combat and seems to be rather Souls-like in nature.

The combat seems to be a delicate balance between slow, deliberate, and fluid, making for some exciting combat encounters in this game. The game is visually stunning, as in one of the cutscenes. We get to see the detailing of many female characters’ facial models as well as the environment around them. The developers behind this title seem that they are putting their all into being as faithful to the tale of Journey to the West as possible. This title will offer players a unique experience they won’t forget when it releases as one of the most anticipated PlayStation 5 demo pragmatic in 2023.

3. Street Fighter 6

Street Fighter 6 is one of the most anticipated sequels we have received from a gaming franchise in quite some time. The game will feature striking new visuals and quite a few new mechanics to keep even the most seasoned Street Fighter veteran on their toes. The beloved fighting game franchise sees its way into the future of gaming in 2023. It hopes to be a rather bombastic year for the fighting game phenomenon.

Street Fighter faithful will have a ton of new things to look forward two, such as two new game modes, an overhaul of the fighting mechanics, as well as control scheme changes. The control schemes will be broken down into three separate categories. There will be Classic, Modern, and Dynamic. Each of these brings its own advantages as well as disadvantages to the table. For example, the Modern option seems to allow less complicated button inputs. At the same time, the Dynamic option allows the AI to fill in the gaps between player inputs. This should be a grand entry into the Street Fighter series when it finally releases for PlayStation 5 in 2023.

2. Hogwarts Legacy

Hogwarts Legacy is a game that players have been waiting for. It finally lets players play out their childhood fantasy of enrolling at Hogwarts School for Witchcraft and Wizardry. This game appears to be the most realistic and fleshed-out depiction. Of what student life at the magic institution would be like. The game will allow players to be sorted into one of the four iconic Houses. And learn a variety of spells. Combat is a space in which the past Harry Potter demo pragmatic have struggled. So it is great to see those woes seemingly alleviated in this title.

Harry Potter faithful will have much to look forward to in this title. Including but not limited to a robust character customization system and a more in-depth spell system. In addition, it is hoped that the improved dueling and spell mechanics will make the game more accessible. As well as more exciting for newer players. This game appears to be the closest in terms of finally realizing that Hogwarts fantasy when it finally releases for the PlayStation 5 in 2023.

1. Marvel’s Spider-Man 2

Marvel’s Spider-Man 2 is the sequel to Marvel’s Spider-Man that fans have been waiting for. That said, we will have to wait a little longer to get our hands on those web shooters again. Finally, however, players will be able to experience the next journey of Spider-Man in 2023. The year appears to be quite stacked, with many anticipated titles to choose from. In addition, the game seems to improve upon the game’s already smooth combat system. Players will have even more fun swinging around New York City and fighting crime.

The title appears to be a slam dunk for studio Insomniac Games and will bring those who are faithful to the Spider-Man series a fantastic new title to play through. The Spider-Man universe has a robust rogues gallery. In addition, the sequel Marvel’s Spider-Man 2 will introduce new Spidey villains for the player to defeat. Hopefully, this will be done well, and fans can see the return of beloved (or hated) villains. In closing, this title is one of the most anticipated PlayStation 5 demo pragmatic and one of the most exciting titles looking forward to 2023.
